Julio Pastor was born in Mexico City in 1981

EDUCATION

2008 - 2010 Master in Fine Arts. Dutch Art Institute, Netherlands. In 2009 he recieved a scholarship from the Programa de Apoyo para Estudios en el Extranjero which was awarded by the FONCA so that he could finish his master studies.

2007 "On looking" workshop at the Slade School of Fine Arts in London, U.K.

2006 - 2007 Theoretical courses with Manuel Marín and Blanca González Rosas.

2001 - 2005 BA in Visual Arts. Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas UNAM. During this time he assisted to classes with Ulises García Ponce del León, María Eugenia Figueroa, Jesús Martínez, and Luis Argudín amongst others.

2000 Etching course in Saint Martin's School of Art and Design in London, U.K.
